2006 CHARDONNAY

We continue to move away from oak in our Chardonnay. About one-third of this vintage was fermented in stainless steel and the remainder in five year old oak. We left this wine on the lees for ten months to enhance its complexity and integration. The acidity is slightly less than last year. We think you will like the result.
