2003 PINOT NOIR

Fruit divided into two batches and fermented separately with AMH and BRL97 yeasts as well as different temperature profiles. This wine originally showed some lactic character, even plastic, in barrel. Later disappeared. Lots of fruit and wood, beginning to meld. Tannins, surprisingly, never appeared aggressive or unbalanced.
