2001 SAUVIGNON BLANC

I learned from the 2000 Sauvignon Blanc that it is possible to get too much of a good thing, ie, new French oak (NFO), especially in Sauvignon Blanc. Our 2001 saw only partial new oak as well as the benefit of two different yeasts. I think you will find this version to have more typicity and better balance.
