2001 RIESLING

This is our first Riesling. It is in a classic, dry (0.3% residual sugar) Riesling style. Frankly, the acid is a little high for optimum balance but when you have this with food you will find the acid is easily buffered by the food and the underlying Riesling complexity emerges in full bloom. We let this age in stainless and then in bottle for some time before releasing it.
