2001 CABERNET FRANC

This wine had a troubled adolescence, including a stuck fermentation. What is amazing is how well it turned out. In the end, it still had about 0.5% residual sugar and we blended it with some Cabernet. This was, by far, the most successful Cabernet Franc we have had, with Jeannie Rogers selling most of our production in one month at Il Capriccio.
